Stir-Fried Chicken With Mango Ginger Chutney
Serves 8
Cube 2lbs. boneless, skinless chicken thighs into 1" cubes.
In a bowl, combine chicken cubes, 1/2 cup finely chopped green onions, 1/3 cup of BOMBAY BRAND MANGO GINGER CHUTNEY. Heat a tablespoon of sesame oil in a non-stick pan and quickly stir-fry chicken in 2 batches until tender.
