Meatballs In Chutney Sauce
Serves 10
To prepare meatballs:
Mix 2 lbs. ground beef, chicken, turkey or lamb with 1 cup chopped green onions, 1 egg beaten and 1/2 cup fine, breadcrumbs. Shape into 1" meatballs. Brown meatballs in a non-stick pan over medium heat until done. Drain and transfer into a casserole dish.
To prepare chutney sauce:
Puree 1 cup BOMBAY BRAND MAJOR GREY'S CHUTNEY, 1 cup chicken broth and 1 tbsp brown sugar in blender until smooth. Pour sauce over meatballs and simmer on low for 15 minutes on stove. Garnish with parsley.
