Bombay Curry Paste stir-fry

      Serves 6


  • Heat 1/4 cup oil in a pan.
  • Add 1/2 cup quartered mushrooms & 1/2 cup chopped onions.
  • When almost done add 1/4 cup peas & 1 cup cooked chicken or tofu.
  • Add 1 tsp. BOMBAY BRAND CURRY PASTE (more if you prefer)and saute further.
  • Add 2 cups of cooked Basmati rice. Stir for about 2 minutes.
  • Serve with BOMBAY BRAND EGGPLANT PICKLE/RELISH
